Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for clients and escalate issues
Manage client expectations and work with teams to resolve issues
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and partners consistently
Conduct service review meetings with clients
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery based on client SLAs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in managing payroll functions
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel
