Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for client escalations and issue resolutions
Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct service review meetings and ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Build strong client relationships and enhance the overall client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in managing payroll functions
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in local payroll software solutions and Microsoft Excel
