Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Utilizing platforms for candidate sourcing
Working with internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate data on our ATS

Qualifications

High volume recruitment experience
Knowledge or experience of the community sector preferred
Exceptional communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain composure
