Job Description

Join Suburban Connect, a global leader in tunnelling, as a BIM Coordinator for the Suburban Rail Loop project. Coordinate digital modeling processes and ensure BIM standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors
  • Oversee integration of BIM data and software systems
  • Provide technical support and training on BIM processes
  • Conduct clash detection and spatial coordination reviews
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, especially ISO 19650
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
