Job Description

Join Shine Lawyers as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury team based in Parramatta office. Work closely with the legal team to make a meaningful impact for clients.

Responsibilities

Support solicitors with day-to-day file/client management operations
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate medico-legal appointments and conferences
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Optimize internal systems for information processing

Qualifications

Experience in personal injury law preferred
Intermediate Word & Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
