Elevant is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth and establish the Elevant brand in the Australian market. This role involves engaging with prospective merchants, qualifying leads, and setting up the BDM team for success.
Proactively identify and engage new merchant opportunities via various outreach methods.
Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for the BDM team based on merchant size and industry fit.
Work closely with BDMs to tailor pitches to different verticals and track all activity in the CRM.
1-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech lending or payments.
Strong phone-based sales ability with a go-getter mindset and excellent communication skills.
Comfort working with CRM systems and bonus points for experience in consumer finance or personal lending.
