Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for audience engagement
Collaborate with editorial teams to encourage reader interaction
Create engagement plans for newsroom initiatives
Co-create and promote engaging content
Organize in-person events for audience relationships

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Experience in engaging diverse audiences
Understanding of newsroom operations and AFR brand
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working collaboratively in a team
