Job Description

Join Ceragon Networks Ltd. as a Technical Support Lead in North Sydney, Australia. Be part of our Oceania Customer Support Team and lead the local technical support team to drive technical growth within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during Microwave Installation & commissioning
  • Conduct Software Upgrades on Microwave Network Elements
  • Diagnose and provide solutions for trouble tickets by troubleshooting equipment
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, repair, resolve or replace faulty equipment
  • Coordinate with customer design teams for link designs
  • Administer training programs for internal/external customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in telecom engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of telecom engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of network management systems
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly
