Job Description

Join Eftsure, a fast-scaling SaaS Fraud Technology platform, as a Business Development Leader to drive pipeline growth and fuel sales engine.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDMs to exceed targets and unlock their full potential.
Implement best practices for outreach, and lead qualification to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new BDMs, ensuring a seamless ramp-up and long-term success.
Monitor and manage team performance, engagement, and retention to build a stable, high-impact team.
Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to optimize workflows, track activity, and measure success.
Create and refine processes, playbooks, and BD strategies to continuously improve results.
Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture where your team is motivated, engaged, and empowered to win.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience leading a team of BDM's in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Ability to drive and exceed sales targets.
Strong track record of coaching and mentoring a high performing team.
Thinks strategically and executes effectively.
Ability to stay composed under pressure and make decisive decisions.
Strong, clear communication skills and manages stakeholders confidently.
Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
