Join a premium spirits company as a State Sales Manager in Sydney, responsible for leading the field sales team and managing state-based key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and guide a high-performing field sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state-based key accounts
  • Set and track targets across product mix, sales volume, and market share
  • Oversee all sales activities including market analysis, forecasting, pricing, and customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and motivating a field sales team
  • Existing relationships with key accounts in retail and on-premise channel
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Experience in liquor or FMCG industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
