Job Description

Standardly is seeking a commercially-driven co-founder to lead the B2B sales strategy for their ISO Compliance SaaS platform. This role offers significant equity and revenue share, with the opportunity to scale the business from 0 to $1M+ ARR.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute outbound B2B sales to SMBs, consultants, and ISO certification-dependent businesses
  • Develop and refine the sales playbook for reaching compliance managers, CTOs, and ops leads
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Help craft Standardly's go-to-market strategy and pricing model
  • Engage directly with early customers to close deals, gather feedback, and refine the product
  • Represent the company in sales calls, demos, and strategic meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Confident selling to mid-level and senior decision makers
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with exceptional writing and speaking skills
  • Bonus: familiarity with ISO standards or SaaS tools in regulated industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
