Assist with HRIS implementation, coordinate employment agreements, design graduate program, review position descriptions, and assist in Learning & Development strategies.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Law, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in generalist HR or People & Culture role. Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and excellent communication skills.
