Job Description

Join Lidl as a Deputy Store Manager in Newcastle and be part of a team dedicated to providing a fantastic customer experience. Lead by example and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Deliver excellent customer service consistently

Qualifications

Completed A Levels or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
Full driving licence
Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, hitting targets, and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
