Job Description

Join our team as a Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts by initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling and cold emailing.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Execute cold email outreach campaigns
Engage decision-makers in labor-intensive industries
Set qualified appointments for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records in CRM

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in business development or outbound sales
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
