Responsibilities

Interpret technician reports for repair order completion in Fusion
Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
Process warranty claims and reconcile claim files
Manage daily administration functions of the service department
Achieve daily warranty and retail costing processing KPI targets

Qualifications

Prior experience in service support, warranty, costing, or automotive technical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and numerical skills
Passion for exceptional customer service
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
