Job Description

Exodus is looking for a Community Support Engineer to provide reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer support to customers in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

- Promptly respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.

- Assist users in navigating the intricacies of managing digital assets.

- Provide above-and-beyond customer experiences.

- Use problem-solving abilities to resolve unique customer problems.

- Contribute to the team by providing valuable feedback.

- Contribute to projects, quality assurance, incident management, and value-added tasks.

Qualifications

- Live in the APAC Region in the UTC + 8 to UTC + 14 time zones.

- Comfortable working 40 hours a week.

- Amazing written English skills.

- Empathetic and inquisitive.

- Understand digital assets and are tech-savvy.

- Self-starter that works well with minimal supervision.

- Able to manage competing priorities and prioritize them appropriately.

- Highly coachable.
