Job Description

As a First Nations Caseworker, you will be responsible for coordinating care for Aboriginal children and young people in out-of-home care, with a focus on permanency, cultural connection, and healing.

Responsibilities

Developing and reviewing case plans and risk assessments.
Supporting family time and building strong relationships with birth families and extended kin.
Working toward guardianship outcomes.
Collaborating with the clinical team on behavior support planning.
Managing a caseload and completing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Identified Aboriginal position.
Passionate about keeping Aboriginal children safe and maintaining connections to family, mob, and culture.
Strong communicator with a current driver's license.
