Supporting customers through Case Management and Injury Management programs

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of case management experience in QLD Workers Compensation
Experience in supporting people with complex injuries
Mentoring other case managers
Ability to work in a high-performing team
Empathetic and customer-focused approach
Excellent time management skills
