Job Description

Join Allianz as a Motor Assessor in Metropolitan VIC, Melbourne. Complete assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss, providing customers with access to prompt resolution of complaints.

Responsibilities

Completing assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss
Complying with motor assessing process, guidelines, and standards
Improving customer service of repairers
Completing total loss reports within 24 hours
Understanding customer insights and feedback

Qualifications

Trade qualification & significant post apprenticeship experience
Understanding of Motor Vehicle Insurer Code of Conduct
Experience quoting damaged vehicles
Experience dealing with customers and managing staff
Current Driver's License
Technical proficiency with systems and software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
