Responsibilities

Proactively managing a portfolio of property technical complaints
Identifying trends and key insights through technical complaints handling
Identifying training gaps and delivering feedback to stakeholders
Participate in training and coaching sessions for Claims Service Consultants

Qualifications

Significant experience in claims assessment/management for a general insurance organisation
Customer obsession mindset and early resolution approach
ANZIIF Certificate 4 desirable
Experience in leading and coaching claims team
Effective planning and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
