Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of property technical complaints
  • Identifying trends and key insights through technical complaints handling
  • Identifying training gaps and delivering feedback to stakeholders
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions for Claims Service Consultants

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in claims assessment/management for a general insurance organisation
  • Customer obsession mindset and early resolution approach
  • ANZIIF Certificate 4 desirable
  • Experience in leading and coaching claims team
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
