Humiint is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead integrated revenue growth strategies across all stages of the customer journey.
Owning company-wide revenue strategy and aligning GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS)
Defining the revenue plan, sales process, pipeline metrics, and team performance frameworks
Building and scaling predictable lead generation and conversion models
Coaching GTM leaders and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and retention
Leading pricing, forecasting, and customer lifecycle optimization
Overseeing RevOps systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker)
Supporting executive dashboards, board reporting, and investor readiness
Identifying and developing new revenue channels, partnerships, or territories
Experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or GTM leadership roles
Proven track record scaling revenue from early stage to growth/expansion
Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset for driving commercial outcomes
Deep understanding of modern B2B SaaS, subscription, or services-based sales
Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
Comfortable working with founders, boards, and VC-backed companies
Experience in fractional, interim, or advisory leadership a strong plus
