Job Description

Humiint is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Commercial Officer to lead integrated revenue strategy across marketing, sales, and partnerships for multiple high-impact companies.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing an integrated commercial strategy aligned with business goals
Leading cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
Identifying new market opportunities, revenue streams, and product-market fit optimizations
Coaching GTM teams and building out scalable sales/marketing infrastructure
Aligning revenue forecasts, pricing models, and sales compensation strategies
Supporting investor communications, board reporting, and commercial due diligence
Implementing RevOps systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics to improve GTM performance
Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all things growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
Track record of driving revenue growth in scaling B2B or B2C environments
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and GTM design
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and business acumen
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide commercial decisions
Excellent communicator, comfortable working with C-suite and boards
Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus
