Job Description

HSP Private Wealth is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Officer to work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to provide exceptional support to valued clients.

Responsibilities

Assisting with day-to-day client relationships.
Providing administrative support to the adviser and team members.
Collecting data and preparing documents for client reviews.
Preparing advice documents.
Updating and maintaining the Xplan database.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in a Client Services position within financial planning.
Strong attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Xplan.
Excellent communication skills.
