Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of business context and strategic priorities
Partner with business leaders on transformational projects
Support organizational change initiatives
Collaborate with Learning and Talent Development Team
Lead performance growth and talent development processes

Qualifications

Bachelors or Advanced Degree in HR or related discipline
Ability to work across cultures with cultural sensitivity
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels
