Job Description

The IT Support Assistant will assist users in navigating the MiCare IT environment and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and basic experience to complete onsite and Remote IT work.
  • Ability to liaise with Managed Services Provider and Support Desk to resolve tickets.
  • Assist with IT projects, reviews & implementations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary education.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
