Job Description

Join Metcash as a Business Analyst and work on critical projects within the Food PMO team. Help define business requirements, develop process solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis activities within programs/projects
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Run discovery workshops to identify risks and benefits
Create business, people, and systems readiness plans
Build relationships with project team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

2-3 years experience as a Digital Business Analyst
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of online Digital Ecosystem and eCommerce Business Processes
