Job Description

As the Southeast Queensland (SEQ) Sales Manager, you will lead a team responsible for sales, customer service, and distribution across SEQ. You will contribute to the strategic development of the SEQ business in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Assess the SEQ market and develop strategies
Develop sales targets and budgets
Analyze sales and profitability in new and existing markets
Lead and coach team to meet sales targets
Negotiate customer relationships
Manage key customer portfolio

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in a sales management role
Skills to develop and execute business plans
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Tertiary qualifications in commerce or similar
Intermediate computer literacy
Experience with SAP (preferred)
