Responsibilities

Drive the guest Food & Beverage experience in line with Caption brand standards
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and engagement
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and promote activations
Plan, forecast, and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel setting
Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire a diverse team
Strong focus on ethically and sustainably sourced products
Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
