Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market strategy across 40+ markets, with emphasis on APAC and the Middle East
Cultivate collaboration with Global Sales Partners
Manage relationships with sales partners and local teams
Mentor a team of senior professionals
Represent Pinterest at industry events

Qualifications

15+ years experience in partnership management or sales leadership
Deep knowledge of the Sales Partner/Reseller ecosystem
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of leading and growing teams
