Respond to inbound sales and general inquiries via Live Chat. Identify opportunities for customers to optimize services. Provide high-quality customer service and meet or exceed KPIs. Thoroughly document work and troubleshoot network, portal, and account issues.
Experience in inbound sales inquiries within the networking industry. CCNA/JNCIA certification preferred. Passion for innovation and technology. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
