Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the site and team.
  • Contribute to core mission areas.
  • Maintain understanding of building and security systems.
  • Conduct daily systems checks and troubleshoot infrastructure.
  • Participate in and support SOP training to the highest standards.
  • Develop strong client relationships and optimize manpower use.
  • Manage competing tasks with initiative and timeliness.
  • Communicate transparently and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to ensuring safety and crisis management skills.
  • Strong time and resource management in a corporate environment.
  • Personal initiative and accountability with willingness to learn.
  • Experience in crisis management and security incidents (Desirable).
  • Leadership skills and ability to build effective relationships (Desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and competence in investigating incidents.
