Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of the site and team.
Contribute to core mission areas.
Maintain understanding of building and security systems.
Conduct daily systems checks and troubleshoot infrastructure.
Participate in and support SOP training to the highest standards.
Develop strong client relationships and optimize manpower use.
Manage competing tasks with initiative and timeliness.
Communicate transparently and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

Commitment to ensuring safety and crisis management skills.
Strong time and resource management in a corporate environment.
Personal initiative and accountability with willingness to learn.
Experience in crisis management and security incidents (Desirable).
Leadership skills and ability to build effective relationships (Desirable).
Excellent communication skills and competence in investigating incidents.
