Public Sector People is recruiting for Multiple Customer Service Officers on behalf of a Local Government Department in Brisbane, Queensland. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing issues, and processing applications in a fast-paced environment.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and address issues effectively.
Process applications, compile requests for action by relevant departments, and manage financial transactions.
Ensure adherence to client's policies, procedures, and service standards while supporting continual improvement initiatives.
Previous Government experience in Local, State or Federal Government desirable but not required.
Willingness to complete a typing/data entry test and roleplays.
Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple systems.
Ability to process high work volumes with a high degree of accuracy.
Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on quality customer service.
6-Month Contract + Likely Extension + Direct Perm Opportunity
