Public Sector People are partnering with multiple government organisations to recruit for multiple Customer Service Officers in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Manage high volume inbound calls, providing efficient and high quality customer service.
Provide information of organisation services, and resolve customer inquiries to best possible extent.
Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling.
2+ years experience working in a high volume call centre is essential.
TechOne experience will be highly regarded.
Australian government experience will be highly regarded.
