Job Description

Public Sector People are partnering with City of Parramatta to recruit for 2x Contact Centre Team Leaders for a project. This role involves leading and guiding a team of customer service officers in handling inquiries regarding the project.

Responsibilities

Leading and guiding team of 14 - 42 customer service officers in handling customer inquiries regarding the project.

Actively lead, supervise, coach and develop Contact Centre staff to ensure high-standard service delivery and promote accountability and alignment towards achieving desired outcomes.

Analysis of the project, management of profit & loss, and team financial analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience managing a medium to large size team within a contact centre.

Strong skills in Excel for financial analysis and projections.
