Job Description

Join Brickworks as an Events and Design Coordinator in Adelaide, SA. You will be responsible for organizing and managing events at the Design Studio to promote Brickworks products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities for events with industry partners.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional service to retail customers.
  • Carry out colour consultations with clients.
  • Manage Design Studio events.
  • Promote the Design Studio through collaboration with marketing team.
  • Attend events to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in meeting key performance indicators.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, design, or business/event management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Colour consultation experience desirable.
  • Experience with CRM programs desired.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with staff.
