Job Description

Join QTC's Advisory Division as a Director in the Investment Team, leading a team of professionals to provide corporate finance, financial due diligence, and commercial transaction advice for government investments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and commercial elements of priority transaction advisory assignments
Oversee project teams and project deliverables
Develop and maintain client relationships
Engage with stakeholders on large assignments
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
Support Executive Director and perform other duties

Qualifications

Deep experience in corporate finance and commercial transactions
Relevant hands-on experience in complex client/project challenges
Demonstrated leadership in large deal transaction management
Ability to deliver complex financial advice in everyday language
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
