Responsibilities

Advising private equity firms, founders, global corporations, and foreign investors
Handling private and public M&A, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructures
Participating in commercial trading terms

Qualifications

4+ years pqe corporate or commercial experience
Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Client-focused approach
