Responsibilities

Encouraging and motivating participants to find employment
Building relationships with local employers
Placing participants into sustainable employment
Ensuring compliance with documentation and service standards

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or client-facing role
Experience working with individuals overcoming challenges
Confident communication skills with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work towards KPIs
