Join Accenture as an HR Partner Lead working at the intersection of business and people to drive talent strategy and support business leaders in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of HR Partners and provide guidance to ensure alignment with business needs and talent strategies.
Provide coaching, learning, and career guidance to the HR Partner team.
Support key escalations across the HR Partner team working with executive stakeholders.
Connect with Practice Leaders to understand business/practice strategy and coach our people.
Responsible for HR metrics and sharing insights with business leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
