Job Description

Join Hostplus as a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build relationships with large-scale employers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement business growth strategy and initiatives to drive new business opportunities and achieve growth targets.
Provide key input on the preparation of formal tender submissions, RFPs, and other business acquisition activities to secure new partnerships.
Secure superannuation default fund status with medium to large employers by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify new growth markets and execute strategies to acquire new employer partners, contributing to the fund?s overall growth targets.
Maintain a strategic pipeline of larger employer and corporate prospects, ensuring a steady flow of potential new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation, investment, and insurance products.
Proven experience in managing sophisticated business growth strategies.
Strong relationships with the intermediated market.
Background in expanding new markets and increasing market share.
