Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage broker referrers within a defined portfolio
  • Develop strategic plans to increase referrals and sales volumes
  • Build market awareness and referral opportunities
  • Promote Prospa's value proposition to generate deal opportunities
  • Collaborate with other BDMs to identify and engage business referrals
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates to management
  • Train others to acquire new business and overcome objections

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a channel sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience with finance broker market is advantageous
  • Ability to manage and grow channel partnerships
  • Business acumen and understanding of SME marketplace
