Job Description

We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and productivity. The role involves managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations
Prioritizing workload and ensuring team delivers authentic experiences
Developing team's skills to drive positive results
Resolving guest complaints, queries, and concerns
Being the first point of contact for critical emergency situations

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2 years' front desk/guest service leader experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Basic mathematics skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills
