Job Description

Join Only About Children Newport as an Educational Leader dedicated to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in children. Lead the development and implementation of educational programs, mentor educators, and collaborate with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve educational programs aligned with OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF & NQS
Mentor educators in reflective practice, curriculum planning, and pedagogy strategies
Coach, provide professional development, and foster collaboration
Engage with families to build strong partnerships
Contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement processes

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor qualification
Minimum 2 years of educational leadership experience
Team-based, collaborative approach
Deep understanding of educational frameworks and regulations
