Job Description

Support and enhance the experience of international students at the University of Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver student life programs across key areas including Orientation, International, Transition, and Financial Support.
  • Contribute to the annual Student Life communications and events plan.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement programs that support student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Develop targeted materials and communications to increase awareness and participation in student life programs.
  • Provide case management and referral support for students.
  • Monitor financial support programs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in student support or academic advising.
  • High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated capacity to assess complex information and support tailored interventions.
  • Proven ability to coordinate large-scale events both online and in-person.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and booking systems.
