Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to oversee warehousing and distribution for a prominent entertainment and media organisation in Moss Vale.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement warehouse and distribution strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee commercial service operations and ensure timely delivery of products
Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team
Manage third-party logistics providers and key vendor relationships
Implement advanced warehouse management systems and process improvements
Monitor performance against key KPIs and operational budgets
Drive change management initiatives across operations

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale warehouse or distribution operations
Strong knowledge of logistics, customer service, and credit control practices
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving operational improvement
Experienced in transformation projects and implementing warehouse technologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems
