Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to plan, attract, and retain top talent
Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Drive engagement and culture initiatives tailored to the business unit
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, development, and team dynamics
Improve processes and systems to enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to share insights and elevate impact

Qualifications

Solid experience in recruitment and generalist HR
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive mindset with a passion for people and performance
Ability to juggle competing priorities with quality and care
Confidence in working independently while staying connected to a larger team
