Job Description

Join Radiology SA (RSA) as a Financial Accountant on a part-time basis. Help deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and profit & loss statements.
Handle BAS preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain cash flow forecasts and fixed asset registers.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and reporting.
Develop and distribute operational dashboards to provide insights into financial performance.
Support process improvements, budgeting, and external audits.

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in Accounting or similar field, with part or full CA/CPA qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in financial operations within a mid-to-large-scale organization or healthcare industry.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Office programs.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships.
Proactive mindset with eagerness to drive continuous improvement.
Experience using MYOB is highly desirable.
