Lead a vibrant before and after school care program at MACSEYE in Hampton East, Victoria, Australia.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily OSHC operations and plan engaging programs
Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children
Build strong relationships with parents and the community
Maintain regulatory compliance and drive program improvement

Qualifications

Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification
First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training
Ideally 2 years of OSHC leadership experience
Key skills in administration, communication, and organisation
