Job Description

Join 5CA as a Gaming Support Agent for APAC region, assisting players with account, technical, and gameplay-related issues for a leading game studio.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support inquiries for an assigned game studio
  • Assist players with account, technical, and gameplay-related issues
  • Collaborate with a team of agents, Team Lead, and Operations Manager
  • Stay updated on client's projects, releases, and branding

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
  • Reside in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam
  • In-depth knowledge of video games
  • Modern gaming PC/laptop
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and initiative
  • Dedicated quiet workspace at home
