Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support
  • Manage HR inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Prepare HR correspondence and employment letters
  • Assist with document organization for investigations and return-to-work
  • Support People & Development projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide quality service

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment coordination (desirable)
  • Exposure to recruitment processes and HR administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities with a positive approach
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
